The accommodation was lovely and nice next to shops :, the city center and the railway line at the bottom of the garden. I thoroughly enjoyed the host who runs the place. I stayed once before and recommend it.

It's nice apartment very close to the bus stops right outside the property, Oxford along the towpath and great walks by the river, really enjoyed it. The hostess was always available.

We appreciated the facilities for self-catering and the lovely garden with seating for relaxation. The location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside for easy access to the city center. Plus, the provision of tea, coffee, and milk was a nice touch.

The room faced the property carpark and main road, which made it a bit noisy. We found it difficult to secure the windows partly open, which could be a security concern.

It was good base for travelling to Oxford, I was glad to stay there. The hostess made me feel at home. Even though the bed was too soft, I liked the apartment. It opened onto garden.

It's a pity but the bathroom was way too small.
